Qualifications

• Proven relationship management across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder and vendor relationship management; roll out new workflow docs.
• Monitor KPIs and identify bottlenecks with remedial actions.
• Project manage journal transitions between editorial suppliers.
• Lead fortnightly check-ins with editorial office suppliers.
