BSAVA in the United Kingdom is seeking an Editorial Assistant to join the Publications team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will support publications through editing, production, manuscript checks, permissions, and liaising with authors, editors and freelance suppliers. This is an ideal entry path into publishing.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Desirable: degree in life or health sciences.
• Experience in publishing, copy-editing or proofreading is advantageous.
• Good MS Office skills and collaborative mindset.
