What you'll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to join our editorial non-fiction team. You will support colleagues across various imprints, managing administrative and editorial tasks such as:

  • Ensuring book metadata is complete and accurate
  • Proofreading copy for covers and websites
  • Liaising with authors and agents
  • Writing meeting minutes and agendas
  • Arranging meetings
  • Ordering author and agent copies
  • Assisting with proof mail outs
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Submitting books for awards
  • Writing copy and clearing permissions
  • Preparing books for production
Who we are looking for

We seek a highly organized, confident team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Interest in non-fiction is essential; experience in publishing is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of Biblio is advantageous.
