Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day e-discovery tasks, manage multiple projects, and mentor teams. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT staff, and client teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables while owning project outcomes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end oversight, setting schedules, budgets, and quality standards, plus providing clear client communications and leveraging Consilio's review platforms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or experience within the litigation support / legal industry.
• At least 2-3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrable working knowledge of an eDiscovery review platform.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of client needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project teams including supporting PMs.
• Fluency in English and another European language desirable.

Job description

The Project Manager role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexities. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate as necessary to ensure client expectations are met and their experience with Consilio is valued. It requires taking ownership of projects and accountability for the client and business expectations.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact
• Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables
• Managing projects of local and global clients
• Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
• Developing and managing relationships with external and internal teams
• Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables
• Providing timely communications on all activities to clients
• Serving as expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings
• Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices
• Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects
• Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI's on a regular basis
• Driving Success across departments

• Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
