Job summary

Mishcon de Reya is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the e-disclosure team, focusing on complex disclosure exercises and DSAR workstreams. You will leverage your deep knowledge of eDiscovery processes to drive efficiencies, collaborating with lawyers and IT to map data and supervise productions.

You'll work with analytics and AI-based technologies, lead project activities across multiple cases, and mentor review teams while maintaining high attention to detail and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience in providing litigation support, ideally in a law firm.
• Solid understanding of Relativity and how it can be used to drive reviews and save costs.
• Relativity Certified Administrator qualification.
• Awareness of aiR Relativity suite.
• Strong analytics knowledge for deployment during reviews.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and consulting across the entire spectrum of e-disclosure (collection to production).
• Consult with lawyers on the most effective strategies for disclosure exercises.
• Assist in the completion of eDiscovery related documents between parties (DRD, EDQ etc).
• Liaise with client IT departments to facilitate data mapping and collection exercises.
• Organise and carry out productions of documents during disclosure.
• Assist in the training of review teams.
• Work with another Project Manager on the team's DSAR workstream.
