Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the MDR Discover team to manage complex disclosure exercises, leveraging deep knowledge of e-Discovery workflows and efficiency improvements through analytics and AI.

You will work with another Project Manager on the DSAR stream, advise lawyers on strategies, coordinate with client IT for data mapping, and oversee document productions and training of review teams.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience in providing litigation support, ideally within a law firm.
• Solid understanding of Relativity and how it can be manipulated to drive reviews and cost savings.
• Holding the Relativity Certified Administrator qualification.
• Awareness of aiR Relativity products.
• Strong analytics understanding for deployment during reviews.
• Experience of project management skills and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management and consulting advice across the entire spectrum of e-disclosure (collection to production).
• Consult with lawyers on the most effective strategies for their disclosure exercises.
• Assist in the completion of eDiscovery related documents between parties (DRD, EDQ etc).
• Liaise with client IT departments to facilitate data mapping and collection exercises.
• Organise and carry out productions of documents during disclosure.
• Assist in the training of review teams.
• Work with another Project Manager on the team's DSAR workstream.
