Interaction Recruitment is seeking experienced Roof Tilers for a project in Millerhill, Edinburgh. The role covers installing timber battens, GRP valleys, and lead work, with a focus on high-quality tiling and safety on site.

The position offers full-time/contract work, immediate start for suitable candidates, and a competitive hourly rate of £22–£25. Candidates must have a CSCS card and own tools.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Roof Tiler.
• Experience installing timber roof battens, GRP valleys and lead work.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Valid CSCS card (Roofing or relevant card).
• Own hand tools.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship.

Aufgaben

• Installing roof tiles to a high standard, in line with specifications and drawings.
• Fixing timber roof battens accurately and securely.
• Installing GRP valleys.
• Carrying out lead work, including flashings and associated detailing.
• Ensuring all work is weather-tight and meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Working safely at height, using scaffolding and access equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Complying with all health and safety procedures, including RAMS.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
