Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Project Manager to deliver projects within the AVSE PFI contract based in Edinburgh. You will define scope, costs and programmes, collaborate with teams and ensure delivery to tight timelines.

As a lead on-site engineer, you will supervise contractors and site staff, support the Programme Manager and propose value-added solutions for operational teams, helping Veolia meet client needs and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Engineering related formal qualification required.
• Experience in on-site engineering or project management.
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Experience in managing contractors.
• NEBOSH Managing Safe­ly or equivalent; APM/Prince2 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within the AVSE PFI contract based in Edinburgh.
• Define scope, costs and programmes, working with others to meet tight timescales.
• Support Programme Manager and supervise site teams and contractors.
• Recommend solutions that meet the project brief and convey to Programme Manager.
• Ensure Veolia meets client needs and delivers valued added solutions.
