Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Edinburgh. You will support the Site Manager on-site, ensuring activities align with the build programme and company standards. Based in Scotland East, you’ll help coordinate labour, manage subcontractors and uphold safety and security on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with a housebuilder.
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor subcontract activity daily.
• Positive can-do attitude to progress within the business.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Control labour on site to coordinate activities per plot and build programme.
• Monitor site activities and subcontract packages in line with safety plans.
• Ensure site security, traffic management and public access controls.
• Provide cover for Site Manager when off site.
