An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Infrastructure Projects Lawyer to join a leading international law firm in Edinburgh. The role focuses on advising public and private sector clients on complex, high-value infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland, with expertise in PPP, energy transition, student accommodation and EV charging infrastructure.

Qualifications

Qualified Infrastructure / Projects lawyers with approximately 4–6 years PQE.
Experience in infrastructure projects, PPP or long-term partnership projects.
Exposure to public procurement preferred.
Experience acting on complex, high-value transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Advise public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.
Collaborate with senior team on significant projects.
Support student accommodation, EV infrastructure, district heating and net-zero initiatives.
Travel to client sites and university campuses across the UK.
Contribute to procurement, bidding, construction and operation stages.
