Job summary

Be-IT Resourcing is seeking an Ongoing Due Diligence Analyst for an Edinburgh-based 12-month fixed term contract. You will support AML/KYC reviews, ensure CFT compliance, and review documentation for FCA and group guidelines.

The role requires working 3 days per week in Edinburgh city centre and close collaboration with investment teams. The ideal candidate will have AML/CDD expertise, ICA qualification, and strong MS Office and in-house platform experience, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML/CDD requirements.
• ICA qualification or substantial AML experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
• Experience with MS Office and in-house investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with AML/KYC reviews.
• Ensure files comply with CFT requirements.
• Review client documentation for accuracy per FCA and group guidelines.
• Collaborate with investment teams to keep documentation up to date.
• Perform risk analysis and assess CDD risk factors.
• Manage risk trackers and report changes to management.
• Meet targets and deadlines in the risk tracker.
