The University of Aberdeen is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner in the Directorate of People & Student Services to advance EDI priorities across staff and students.

Working across a range of equality, diversity and inclusion activities, you will support the implementation of EDI initiatives, provide guidance to colleagues, and contribute to charter mark activity including Athena Swan, monitoring progress against institutional objectives.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of the University's EDI priorities and action plans across staff and students.
• Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Contribute to charter mark activities including Athena Swan and Race Equality Charter.
• Help monitor progress against institutional objectives and contribute to policy, practice and culture change within a higher education environment.
