Job summary

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham is seeking an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead to champion the EDI strategy across the organisation. You will analyse diversity data, lead initiatives, and work with HR and external partners to remove barriers and drive an inclusive culture for patients, carers and staff.

You will develop training, monitor progress, and report to the People Sub Committee and Leadership Team, helping shape a more equitable health and social care service.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and relevant legislation & policies.
• Proven experience in delivering EDI initiatives, with measurable impact.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver training programmes to support EDI.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design and implement the EDI strategy across Phyllis Tuckwell.
• Develop and deliver data-informed EDI initiatives and measure impact.
• Collaborate with HR, leadership and external partners to address gaps and barriers.
• Analyse diversity-related data to inform decision making and reporting to leadership.
