Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Executive Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team specialising in Dermatology and Rheumatology. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within these therapeutic areas, building positive relationships, and achieving sales targets.

You Will

What to expect:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the Dermatology and Rheumatology sector.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is conveyed.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support in handling product inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
Who Will You Be Working With

Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will work closely with:

  • Account Manager colleagues.
  • Customer Pathway Managers (CPMs).
  • Medical Science Liaison (MSLs).
  • Marketing.
  • Healthcare compliance.
Who are we looking for?
  • A highly motivated individual with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, with a focus on Dermatology and Rheumatology preferred.
  • Willingness to embrace digital tools and AI solutions to enhance workflows and drive innovation.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • ABPI qualified.
