We’re seeking an exceptional Head Chef to take the reins at this award-winning venue, renowned for its seasonal menus, locally sourced ingredients, and outstanding food quality. What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate chef with proven experience in a similar Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role, ideally in a high-quality gastro pub or restaurant.
  • A creative mind with a flair for seasonal British cuisine and an eye for presentation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills – able to lead a team, manage rotas, train junior staff, and maintain a positive kitchen culture.
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen management, stock control, GP%, health & safety, and food hygiene (Level 3+).
  • A genuine interest in seasonal produce, sustainability, and pushing culinary boundaries.
