Temporary fully remote Legal Editors - 6 week PROJECT!

Our Global Legal Publishing client is looking for multiple resources to support a review of LLM generated output of UK legal content. You must have 1-5 years' litigation experience. The client will consider candidates with an LLM degree plus other legal experience; however, without this, your application will not be considered.

They have an exciting project testing the efficiency of AI for legal practitioners, focusing on AI's hot topic!

• Start date: 12th May
• End date/extension: 6 weeks / potential for extension
• Location: Remote UK
• Hours per week: 35 - Flexible, but must be Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate: £175 PAYE plus holiday pay / £220.00 UMBRELLA

Job Description

This project involves testing outputs from a Large Language Model (LLM) used to generate AI-created legal drafts, including memos, briefs, legal content summaries, opinions, statutes, and research answers.

Using Excel and other tools, tasks include creating prompts for the LLM and analyzing outputs for model training. Editors may evaluate outputs against specific legal content criteria, assess accuracy of summaries, answers, drafts, and statutory or case citations, and provide feedback ratings and comments as needed.

Qualifications And Experience

• Law degree required
• Qualified solicitor
• 1 to 5 years' litigation experience
• Strong legal research and analysis skills, familiar with legal content and documents
• Experience providing high-quality feedback and analysis
• Ability to handle high volume work according to quotas
• Proficient in Excel
• Comfortable with multiple software tools
