Reporting to the Security Manager, the Deputy Security Manager will oversee security operations across the Waterloo Campus, associated residences, and other campus areas. The role serves as the primary contact for Security Supervisors and assists the Security Manager in managing security responses and team leadership at Waterloo.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in security, especially in high-footfall and multi-site environments. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a customer-focused approach and leadership experience.
