The Oracle Data Center Organization is growing rapidly. The OCI footprint has grown over 400% in the last 2 years and is on track to exceed that growth trend in the next 2 years. The OCI organization is the physical infrastructure support team that provides operational, logistical, and compliance support for Oracle Data Centers globally.
The Team: Program Management, Audit, Security & Safety Team (PASS)
PASS is embedded within the Data Center Engineering team within OCI. The PASS team operates globally supporting all stages of the data center lifecycle from market selection through build to operations and decommissioning. PASS oversees and manages compliance throughout the entire data center lifecycle.
The Role – Compliance Integration Program Manager
As a Compliance Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver compliance services, including facilitation of assessments, stakeholder engagement, and continuous monitoring. You will work with diverse groups across different locations, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration.
You will provide service support, monitor compliance, and conduct assessments for stakeholders and customers within Oracle. You will act as the interface between corporate/governance partners and operations, ensuring clarity of compliance requirements and validating compliance levels. Responsibilities include:
