For the past 20 years, we’ve been building software that connects all parts of the business—from marketplace, eCommerce, and EPOS integrations (such as Amazon FBA, eBay, Magento, BigCommerce, EKM, Shopify) to direct integrations with DPD, Royal Mail Click & Drop, and MetaPack. Despite experiencing 200% customer business growth, we recognize the market's potential and seek a leader to head our sales and marketing teams, shaping strategy and fueling growth. Note: This is a hands-on role with ownership of your sales quota.

  • Position: Head of Sales
  • Location: Hybrid Working, residing within 1 hour of Grantham, Lincs HQ
  • Salary: Up to £90,000 Basic + £10,000 Car Allowance + Bonuses and Commission (OTE £120,000+)

The Opportunity

Your daily activities may include:

  • Collaborating with the MD to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing sales and marketing teams to meet targets
  • Monitoring lead success, conversion rates, and sales revenue
  • Owning the CRM platform and ensuring data accuracy
  • Working across departments to increase revenue and acquire new clients
  • Managing departmental budget and P&L, ensuring growth and efficiency
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity, advising on product strategies
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of senior B2B sales experience, ideally in software (ERP advantageous)
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and driving strategy
  • Experience with new business acquisition and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organizational and data analysis skills
  • High energy, self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills
