Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well-known marketing agency in Bath, as they are keen to bring on board a Senior Paid Media Manager to the team on a full-time basis.

Over the past few years, we have experienced a continued period of growth, and we are now looking to add additional talent to our team.

We are seeking a talented Senior Paid Media Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Ideally, you have 3-5 years + experience managing paid digital campaigns.

We are particularly interested in candidates with ‘hands-on’ experience across paid social, display, and search.

You will work within a well-established digital team, providing account management support on key accounts, managing digital campaigns, and planning digital strategies for new campaign briefs.

Collaborating closely with the directors of the business, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service to a diverse range of clients, from established e-commerce brands to start-ups. You will be encouraged to take projects from start to finish and will have true ownership of your work.

This role offers an opportunity for quick progression to Senior Digital Account Manager as you grow within the agency. No two days will be the same, and you will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment where our team is central to the agency's success.

Who are you?

• You have 3-5 years of paid digital experience
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You are confident presenting your campaign ideas and results
• You are familiar with self-serve digital platforms & reporting tools including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, GA4 & Looker Studio
• You are an innovative digital marketer who enjoys finding better solutions
• You are self-starting and enjoy autonomy
• You prefer working in the office and want to be part of a team
