The Regional Head of Sales Engineering Delivery - Europe, reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales Engineering Delivery, will support the European Sales function within Value Added Services to grow and scale revenue. The role involves designing and executing regional European sales strategies, leading a team of professionals, and driving client engagement from discovery to deal closure, including cross and upselling. The position emphasizes deep technical discipline, collaboration with stakeholders, and leading through high performance to ensure seamless engagement and revenue growth.
This is a remote position, with potential requirements to visit a Visa office with notice.
Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 12+ years with an advanced degree, plus 9+ years of experience. Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing in a matrix organization, and solving business challenges through technology.
