Your new company
This is a national firm that specialises in PI and Insurance with a strong presence in the Northwest.

Your new role
In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Personal Injury (PI) cases, with some involvement in defender matters. You will confidently manage both pre-litigated and litigated cases, representing clients at the Sheriff Court and the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC). Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex legal proceedings while ensuring the best possible outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of RTA Scottish Protocol Personal Injury (PI) cases and non-PI RTA pre-litigation matters. Strong drafting and litigation skills will be essential, particularly in managing PI and non-PI RTA cases at the Sheriff Court level with confidence and precision.
