Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide product/service information and resolve any issues efficiently

• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure top-quality service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not essential)
