Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety of all keys held in the Housekeeping office and record issuance of keys
  • Prepare rotas, wages, and attendance lists
  • Receive reports from Housekeepers about rooms requiring urgent maintenance; inform Engineering and keep records
  • Order flowers for VIPs and replacements for Suites
  • Handle all calls received by Housekeeping
  • Manage lost and found enquiries
