A leading research institute is seeking a candidate to support funding and collaboration efforts in breast cancer research. The role involves managing relationships with funders, developing research agreements, and administrative tasks related to research activities. Applicants should have a PhD and extensive experience in cancer research, alongside strong communication skills.
Salary: Starting salary depends on skills and experience. Future increases are based on annual performance reviews.
Duration of Contract: Fixed-term for 2 years, with potential extension until 31st July 2030.
Hours per week: 35 hours (Full Time)

The Breast Cancer Now Toby Robins Research Centre at The Institute of Cancer Research is dedicated to breast cancer research, located in central London, supported by excellent facilities and funded through a long-term grant from Breast Cancer Now. The Centre is led by Professor Andrew Tutt, with Professor Chris Lord as Deputy Director, and collaborates closely with KCL, the Royal Marsden Hospital, and Guy's Hospital.
This role supports research funding and collaboration efforts, including managing relationships with funders, identifying new funding and commercial opportunities, developing research agreements, and administrative tasks related to research activities and collaborations. Responsibilities also include supporting manuscript submissions, managing patient programs, maintaining scientific content online, and planning scientific meetings.
