Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Shifts: Likely to be over a 2- or 3-shift pattern (to be verified)
Contract: 6 months initially, with high potential for extension
Pay: 17.67 per hour (including shift allowance)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our fast-paced production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, completing orders, and ensuring production targets are met, all while maintaining high product quality in a safe working environment.

• Operate production machinery efficiently and safely

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production goals

• Follow all safety protocols and work instructions

• Perform general production line and assembly tasks

• Be adaptable, willing to learn new tasks, and take direction

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a production line or assembly role is desirable

• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

• Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to high standards

• Experience with shift work and flexibility to cover shifts, including overtime when required
