Team/Role Overview

We are looking for a strong project management professional to join the Legal Technology Execution team within Global Legal Solutions. This team manages applications and use cases supporting the broader Citi Legal group. You will work with various groups within Citi Legal and stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, coordinate with technology partners to develop solutions, and manage testing phases and rollouts. The role includes coordinating enhancements, change management, and liaising with vendors. The team has diverse applications, including some exploring AI offerings. You will manage multiple projects in an agile environment, overseeing onboarding and management of applications within Citi’s procedures.

What you’ll do

1. Help deliver innovative solutions through our portfolio that optimize processes and mitigate risks; liaise with control and functional teams supporting initiatives.
2. Create and maintain project planning documents, including risk logs and communication plans. Coordinate with technology teams to manage sprint planning and timelines aligned with stakeholder expectations.
3. Gather requirements by bringing relevant teams together for discussion and refinement.
4. Partner with technology and stakeholder teams to define project milestones and timelines, tracking progress accordingly.
5. Work with vendors and procurement teams to manage contracts, renewals, and licenses for managed applications.
6. Manage the application portfolio, including change requests and use cases, collaborating with technology partners and reporting as needed.
7. Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets.

What we’ll need from you

• Project management experience, preferably in financial services or a similar field.
• Effective planning and monitoring skills, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
• Problem-solving skills with an innovative approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and colleagues at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
