This role is open to Marketing Lead candidates of all backgrounds, especially those based in the United Kingdom, Berlin, or within +/- 6 hours of CET, and willing to travel to Berlin for team meetings. We highly encourage non-crypto native or "web2" candidates to apply. This is not an internal role at Dragonfly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, collaborative Marketing Lead with strong ownership and a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling content
• A proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that increase engagement and visibility
• Familiarity with AI, crypto, and related technologies (crypto-native experience not required; strong web2 experience is acceptable)
• Comfort in technical environments and explaining complex topics clearly
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

About the Role:

• Lead marketing and growth efforts for a decentralized protocol launch
• Define and own the marketing strategy, branding, and messaging
• Create compelling content to showcase the value proposition
• Manage a dynamic content program and calendar
• Grow and engage the protocol’s community across social channels
• Maintain media presence and relationships
• Collaborate with the product team to align product narrative with marketing goals
• Scale the marketing team as needed over time
