Are you a team player with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a love for fast-paced environments?

ProCook is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester.

As a Warehouse Operative at ProCook, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, loading, stacking, and goods-in operations, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

We are currently looking to fill several positions. We can be flexible with working patterns and offer both part-time and full-time roles.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your assigned area, your daily tasks may include:

• Picking customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners
• Packing items carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Stacking and sorting goods within the warehouse and preparing shipments
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and supporting goods-in operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Working to KPIs and deadlines while supporting your team to achieve shared goals

Training will be provided, and you'll be supported by our experienced team every step of the way.

Shift Pattern & Hours

Our warehouse operates 7 days a week, with a 2-week rolling shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday from 8am to 8pm
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 8pm

This schedule means you will work every other weekend and have some weekdays off. Over the course of a month, you'll work two full weekends and have two weekends off. We can accommodate part-time schedules as well.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment (training is provided if not)
• Confidence using handheld scanners and working towards targets
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A strong team ethic and reliability
• Physical stamina for manual handling and long shifts on your feet
