Client Overview

Our client is a design and manufacturer of custom-built equipment, a pioneer within their industry and growing due to the continued high level of delivery to their space.

We are looking to hire multiple Project Managers within the team, as they continue to support subsea, marine, defence, energy, and other sectors in pursuit of engineering excellence.

The key for them in project management is “hands-on” involvement in engineering or manufacturing, full cradle-to-grave project management with project ownership, and strong customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects from cradle to grave
• Work closely with customers to ensure objectives are met
• Manage projects within budget and to defined time constraints
• Ensure documentation is updated and in accordance with project guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills Required

• Experience in project management within engineering and manufacturing businesses
• Proven cradle-to-grave/project ownership experience, not just coordination roles
• Strong technical knowledge gained through project management in engineering or manufacturing, or via engineering transitioning to project management
• Customer-facing experience is essential due to the nature of the role
