Pharmacist Position at Pulse

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 7 Pharmacist in Leeds. The successful candidate will work full-time hours from Monday to Friday. We are seeking a ward-based Pharmacist with previous experience.

• Position: Pharmacist
• Banding: 7
• Location: Leeds
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Duration: Ongoing contract

Typical duties include:

• Dispensing medications as prescribed by doctors and other medical professionals
• Reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy and suitability for the patient
• Providing information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage
• Offering health advice, such as guidance on smoking cessation
• Maintaining records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge systems, inventories, and registries of poisons, narcotics, or controlled drugs

Essential skills:

• GPHC Registered
• Clinical Experience
• Relevant UK experience
