THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of criminal prosecution matters, including reviewing evidence and case files, making charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, providing legal advice, and conducting court advocacy.

THE CANDIDATE:

This position is open to qualified Solicitors and Barristers holding a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, who have resided in the UK for at least five years. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, along with a genuine enthusiasm or willingness to learn in this area. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and confident decision-making are essential.
