Job Title: Marketing Manager (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This London-based hybrid role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile events and impactful marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the media, research, or measurement space, particularly those with hands-on experience in event planning and delivery. With major events such as MadFest and ATS Singapore on the horizon, this is a fantastic time to join a fast-growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute global event and conference management, from planning and logistics through to on-site delivery

• Manage and maintain effective PR activity in collaboration with our PR agency

• Develop and manage copywriting for marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social content

• Oversee social media strategy and content scheduling

• Support content marketing through webinars, speaking opportunities, and campaign initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of the media industry

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Experience with HubSpot preferred but not essential

• High level of initiative, adaptability, and results-focus

• Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; Google Workspace a plus)
