The successful candidate will work with institutional investors, private equity funds, and asset managers on acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and portfolio management. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in high-profile work within a globally renowned firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, financings, and joint ventures
  • Work on private equity real estate matters, including fund structuring, investment strategies, and asset management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of real estate contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and financing documents
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including institutional investors, private equity firms, and developers
  • Ensure compliance with UK and international real estate regulations

Requirements:

  • Real estate Solicitor, 3-8 years post qualification experience ideally from a top-tier law firm or in-house team
  • Experience with private equity real estate transactions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical legal skills
