Position Title: Junior Implementation Consultant

Location: UK - Milton Keynes

Work Environment: Hybrid (once a week onsite)

Working hours/ Shift Pattern: 9am - 5:30pm GMT (although as we have teams in different time zones, such as North America, Canada and India, there may be requirements to work another hours from time to time, but this will be the standard)

As an Implementation Consultant at Davies Technology Solutions (DTS), you will play a crucial role in the technical delivery of client solutions. You will customise and configure solutions, author technical documentation, and provide support to clients, ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating with the broader team to enhance development processes, maintain quality, and mitigate project risks. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive team culture and support clients in their use of our solutions.

Your New Role

• Rotate through the Service Delivery Teams, emphasis on gaining a broad understanding of different teams and their functions.
• Creating high-quality documentation to support ongoing activities.
• Providing timely assistance to clients using Davies Technology solutions.
• Support and develop the positive team working culture within all activities undertaken.
• Undertake administrative tasks as required as part of your day-to-day activities.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Demonstratable experience of taking the initiative and presenting findings to an audience
• Strong documentation skills using the appropriate tools.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
• Basic understanding of software development and coding principles.

To effectively rotate through the various delivery teams, understanding, learning, and applying their key capabilities, the following qualities are essential:

• Keen interest in how IT can improve business processes.
• Commitment to learning and applying new skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.

Nice to have:
Technical Competence: Possessing a strong working knowledge of key technical tools and languages such as SSRS Reporting, SQL, JSON, and JavaScript, enabling effective client communication about their technical needs.

Client-Centric API Integration: Utilizing API Calls to facilitate smooth data exchange between systems, ensuring that client requirements are at the forefront of solution design.
