2. Dashboarding & Sales Reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for regional digital sales performance, finance reporting, and KPI tracking using Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Enable visibility of business performance by market, channel, and product category, aligning with financial and demand planning.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in data sources, definitions, and visualizations.
  • Design intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reports that make complex data easily interpretable for stakeholders at all levels.

3. Strategic Insights & Communication

  • Identify opportunities and risks in business performance, flagging key drivers behind trends in traffic, sales, and engagement metrics.
  • Support cross-functional business reviews, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives with data-driven storytelling.
  • Provide timely ad hoc reports and analysis to support the day-to-day trading needs of the Online and Omnichannel teams.

4. Digital Data Quality Management
  • In partnership with the global data and data governance leads, ensure that digital KPI definitions, tracking plans, and pixel / tag implementations are clearly outlined and documented in the region.
  • Report on variances between the data tools to educate non-analytics stakeholders of the expected differences between them.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce, or business intelligence, ideally in luxury retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, Power BI. SAP BusinessObjects and BigQuery a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain data integrity.
  • Must have strong general business acumen.
  • Tenacious and not easily deterred.
  • Comfortable working in a global matrix organization and collaborating with remote teams.
