Digital Business Analyst – Omnichannel (EMEA)
Overview:
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our Omnichannel team in the EMEA region. This role will be critical in driving data-backed decision-making to enhance the luxury digital experience, optimize online sales performance, and support strategic growth across channels. You will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders including the eCommerce, Client Care Center, Finance, Marketing, and CRM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Performance Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Use GA4, ContentSquare, and other web analytics tools to analyze on-site customer behavior, performance trends, and drop-off points.
- Provide actionable recommendations to the Online Trading team to improve navigation, merchandising, and overall conversion.
- Partner with Digital Product and eCommerce teams to support A/B testing initiatives and performance monitoring post-deployment.
Dashboarding & Sales Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards for regional digital sales performance, finance reporting, and KPI tracking using Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
- Enable visibility of business performance by market, channel, and product category, aligning with financial and demand planning.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data sources, definitions, and visualizations.
- Design intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reports that make complex data easily interpretable for stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Insights & Communication
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with executive-ready commentary and insights to senior leadership and global counterparts.
- Identify opportunities and risks in business performance, flagging key drivers behind trends in traffic, sales, and engagement metrics.
- Support cross-functional business reviews, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives with data-driven storytelling.
- Provide timely ad hoc reports and analysis to support the day-to-day trading needs of the Online and Omnichannel teams.
Digital Data Quality Management
- In partnership with the global data and data governance leads, ensure that digital KPI definitions, tracking plans, and pixel / tag implementations are clearly outlined and documented in the region.
- Report on variances between the data tools to educate non-analytics stakeholders of the expected differences between them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce, or business intelligence, ideally in luxury retail or consumer goods.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, Power BI. SAP BusinessObjects and BigQuery a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages used in analytics, such as SQL.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling skills with experience distilling complex data into clear business insights.
- Organizedand structured with a proven track record of generating relevant insights.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain data integrity.
- Must have strong general business acumen.
- Tenacious and not easily deterred.
- Comfortable working in a global matrix organization and collaborating with remote teams.
