Residential Conveyancer – Swindon

Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Our client is a reputable multi-service law firm seeking to grow its conveyancing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, positive, and efficient team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage your own varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, transfers of legal title, and remortgages.
• Handle more complex matters, including transfers of parts, lease extensions, new builds, and property work from the private client department.
• Work on challenging and interesting cases involving properties in rural locations.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a capable residential conveyancer, managing a diverse caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, with the ability to handle complex cases confidently.
