Job Description: Live-In Carer

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Live-In Carers to support our growing Live-in Care service in Weston super Mare, Clevedon, and Burnham on Sea. Immediate work is available.

Role Overview: As a Live-In Carer, you will reside in a client's home, providing companionship, home help, and non-medical support to help them live comfortably and safely in their own home.

Working Pattern: Typically 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with a daily 2-hour break covered by another care professional. Alternative arrangements can be considered.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Personal care & toileting assistance
• Medication support
• Shopping and meal preparation
• Providing companionship
• Using moving and positioning equipment as needed
• Assisting clients to access the community and outdoor activities
• Supporting hobbies and interests

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: £868/week for single clients, £938/week for couples
• Weekly food allowance: £35
• Travel contribution: up to £50 per stay
