Teaching Assistant – Aurora Beeches School

With high-quality teaching, an excellent level of individual support and a range of expert-led, integrated therapy, we support all our young people with a range of needs including Autism and other associated conditions. The role of a Teaching Assistant is essential to the support and development of our young people being successful and achieving in a safe and caring learning environment.
Positive role modelling and flexibility is key in this role, including 1:1 support in both an academic and vocational setting such as Bushcraft, animal care and life skills.
