Job description

We’re looking for a self-starter, ideas-first Social Content Producer & Editor to join our growing &Accelerate team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at bringing creative ideas to life, from filming and editing engaging Reels or longer-form YouTube content; to designing eye-catching carousels; to managing the practical aspects of content production.

This isn’t a pure editor or designer role — though strong skills in both are essential. You’ll be expected to manage multiple workstreams & clients, working across various tasks to produce great social-first creative.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

• Are familiar with design (Adobe Suite) and editing (Premiere Pro or similar), with a keen eye for visual craft and brand tone.
• Can execute existing creative concepts flawlessly, including leading pre-production for shoots, creating content from assets, and managing timelines with colleagues.
• Know how to turn trends into branded moments.
• Are social-native and can instinctively spot content that will land on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Have great examples of previous work, ideally in an agency setting; experience in Alcohol (BWS Beer, Wine, Spirits) or Beauty is a plus.
• Love collaborating, bouncing ideas, and getting hands-on to capture lo-fi content.
• Can confidently explain and justify creative decisions with instinct.
• Are flexible with work location, understanding that shoots may require on-site presence.

Nice-to-have:

• Understanding of AI tools and curiosity to experiment with them.
• Skills in animation.
• Experience in scriptwriting for social-first content.
• Experience presenting social content ideas.
• Product/lifestyle photography experience.
