We are actively hiring for a new intake of Graduate or Junior Software Configurators to join our amazing Implementation Team.

The role would suit someone looking to develop a career in the Mar-Tech industry, who is keen and eager to learn about our world class Storyteq product suite, who enjoys working with customers and has the tenacity to succeed.

We are open to receiving applications from candidates who fall into the following categories:

  • Computer Science Graduates
  • Marketing Graduates
  • Individuals working in a client services capacity within the marketing technology industry who are now seeking a step up in their career

Successful candidates can expect to receive full training on our Storyteq product and be well-equipped to carry out the responsibilities of the role prior to being released into assisting with client configurations. In addition to our impressive training programme, you will also be assigned a mentor, who you will shadow in your first 2-3 months to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge required.

Software Configurators at Storyteq are responsible for piecing together the building blocks of the system to deliver Storyteq solutions which meet the needs and expectations of our clients and internal customers. Storyteq is a dynamic, fast changing and uniquely configurable product, and as such Configurators will need to stay abreast of Product evolution and contribute to solution design on a project by project basis.

Once you have completed training, you can expect to hold the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clarifying requirements and deadlines associated with allocated projects
  • Actively contribute to development of Storyteq solutions for all projects
  • Seek to improve builds as the opportunity presents
  • Delivery of builds to agreed deadlines
  • Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates as required
  • Ensure builds conform to agreed standards as applicable
  • Test and troubleshoot all work before playing back to the project Lead

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in communicating and influencing others of all levels within ITG and the client’s business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • First-class problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the enthusiasm and drive to continually develop skills and knowledge, with ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable dealing with and resolving ambiguity
  • Project Team ITG Values at all times
  • Any marketing domain understanding, ideally of the workflows and processes from briefing to creation of marketing assets would be advantageous, although not essential
