We are actively hiring for a new intake of Graduate or Junior Software Configurators to join our amazing Implementation Team.

The role would suit someone looking to develop a career in the Mar-Tech industry, who is keen and eager to learn about our world-class Storyteq product suite, enjoys working with customers, and has the tenacity to succeed.

We welcome applications from candidates who fall into the following categories:

• Computer Science Graduates
• Marketing Graduates
• Individuals in client services within the marketing technology industry seeking career advancement

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training on our Storyteq product and be equipped to handle role responsibilities before assisting with client configurations. Additionally, a mentor will be assigned to shadow you during your first 2-3 months to ensure you acquire necessary skills and knowledge.

Software Configurators at Storyteq assemble system components to deliver solutions that meet client and internal needs. Since Storyteq is a dynamic and highly configurable product, Configurators must stay updated on product evolution and contribute to solution design on a project basis.

Post-training, your responsibilities will include:

1. Clarifying project requirements and deadlines
2. Contributing to the development of Storyteq solutions
3. Seeking improvements in builds
4. Delivering builds within deadlines
5. Maintaining documentation and providing updates
6. Ensuring builds meet standards
7. Testing and troubleshooting before playback
