This contract opportunity is for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a key role in a fast-paced digital programme. With a background in business analysis and functional consulting, you’ll bring both strategic insight and practical delivery expertise to a high-impact implementation project.

You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of business analysts, ensuring the programme meets its business outcomes while keeping pace with tight delivery timelines. This role will suit someone who thrives in dynamic, consumer-facing environments and understands the pressures and expectations of delivering digital transformation at speed.

1. Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and functional consultancy
2. Strong background in business analysis, ideally with a hands-on progression into consultancy
3. Understanding of fast-paced, customer-facing sectors
4. Ability to lead and mentor teams, particularly business analysts
5. Comfortable working within a complex stakeholder landscape
