Job Opportunity: NQ Lawyer / Senior Paralegal

We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, who is looking for an NQ Lawyer or a Senior Paralegal to join their team for a 2-month support role within their in-house legal department.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the water industry, although this is not mandatory as an induction will be provided. The candidate must have experience with commercial contracts and some interest or experience in Company Secretary/Governance tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the Legal team on an incoming fund project
2. Providing support to relevant committees
3. Attending key board meetings and drafting meeting minutes
4. Drafting commercial contracts and data-sharing agreements
5. Location: Mostly remote, with travel to Southampton required on the first day and on specific dates: Wednesday, 28 May 2025 and Thursday, 27 June 2025.
