  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations. Implement best practices for data management.

  • Optimisation: Continuously optimize the platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Direct the customisation decisions of Salesforce solutions to meet the unique needs of an Auction House whilst ensuring that we are leveraging the “out-of-the box” features and workflows optimally

  • Change Management and Training: Collaborate with Change and Training teams to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce.

  • Strategic alignment and Performance Monitoring: Define and report on Objectives and Key Results to measure the success of the Salesforce implementation and identify areas for improvement.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience: Demonstrated long-term experience in product management, and at least one Salesforce implementation (not just BAU), ideally in the financial services, wealth management, or luxury sectors.

  • Certifications: Certified in Salesforce (Trailhead badges), Scrum and PRINCE2 methodologies.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales, and Service modules. Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of either Art market, wealth management or luxury sectors, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of high-net-worth clients.
