We are seeking a Senior Director, Medical Strategy – Oncology, to join our growing team. This role is crucial for directing programs across the 'One Medical' business. It is ideal for a visionary leader with extensive team leadership experience, therapy area and scientific expertise, and strong strategic thinking skills to define innovative strategies and ensure excellence in all deliverables. The role focuses on Medical Strategy in Oncology, specifically breast cancer.

What you’ll do:

• Provide scientific and therapy area expertise by directing internal programs related to oncology across the global team.
• Define strategies for new and complex business proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships.
• Lead and shape medical teams to deliver high-quality assets while promoting intellectual curiosity.
• Ensure processes and team structures support high standards of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for AI interventions and lead related internal programs.
• Drive business development activities by identifying new clients and leveraging existing relationships.
• Advance internal and industry best practices, develop thought leadership content, and enhance brand and business growth.
• Provide strategic counsel to key clients and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead all aspects of the strategy process, from research to insight and creative development.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Understand industry dynamics from a Medical Affairs perspective and shape services accordingly.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops confidently.
