As a Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coaching Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, including performance discussions and SMART goal setting.
• Collaborating with the Section Manager to monitor and improve delivery and operational efficiency.
• Driving performance on key metrics to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.
• Ensuring safety standards are maintained, working with the Safety team on routines and procedures.
• Reviewing weekly labour plans and addressing staffing issues.
• Providing detailed reports on performance and developing plans to meet targets.
• Partnering with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Supporting culture change and reducing turnover.
