About the Role

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and confident Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team at our Carlisle site and work cross-functionally across our manufacturing operations. This role involves analyzing data, identifying performance trends, and collaborating with shop floor and operations teams to drive business improvements.

You will work with existing databases and tools, focusing on enhancing performance analysis and operational optimization through fresh insights and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to challenge existing processes and improve performance
• Maintain and develop dashboards and spreadsheets to track KPIs
• Present data clearly to stakeholders across the business
• Support initiatives to embed performance monitoring and continuous improvement in manufacturing

About You

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy understanding how things work. A formal accounting qualification isn't necessary, but you should have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, strong numeracy skills, and relationship-building abilities.
