Having recently refurbished and successfully reopened The Castle of Brecon Hotel, Brecon, we are now looking for an additional Sous Chef to join the team and support the level of trade.

We are happy to consider requests for flexible working patterns with this role. You will need to have at least 1 year of recent experience in a senior kitchen role within a quality fresh food kitchen that handles high volume trade. There will also be opportunities to support training and development for your future career.
